Agreement

By downloading or using Light Noise, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Light Noise for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or resell the app

Health Disclaimer

Light Noise is designed to help with relaxation and sleep. However:

• It is not a medical device
• It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
• Consult a healthcare provider for sleep disorders or medical concerns
• Use at a safe volume to protect your hearing

Intellectual Property

Light Noise, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Tomos and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Light Noise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Light Noise.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
